Since purchasing Jaguar late last year, Red Bull have been testing with modified versions of the old team's R5 machine. However, the new RB1 is the car with which the Austrian-owned squad will contest the 2005 world championship.

Following its initial shakedown on Monday, the RB1 will commence a full three-day test at Jerez on Wednesday, with Coulthard and team mates Christian Klien and Vitantonio Liuzzi all scheduled to get time in the car.

The official presentation of the RB1, along with the team and their driver line-up, will take place in Melbourne on March 3, the opening Thursday of the Australian Grand Prix weekend.
